What a great event! More than 150 people came out Saturday for our Baton Rouge Meet and Greet at G.N. Gonzales Motorsports to enjoy music, food and fun with us. Warren Broussard and his band CRS and the Forgetfuls were pumping out the oldies and remembering all the words. Dean Lawrence and his Cooking for Charity served up some great homemade burgers and MAC signed up several dozen new members and picked up a few donations. We also distributed more than 100 Yard signs and several hundred bumper stickers.

Our thanks to Dudley Debosier, Official Injury Attorney for the Motorcycle Awareness Campaign for their assistance and participation and the people from the Department of Public Safety’s Motorcycle Awareness, Safety and Operating Training Program for bringing their riding simulator. It was a popular attraction Saturday. Thanks to Larry Ourso, Ed Patterson and MAC Board Member Doug Stracener and the rest of the DPS crew for being there.

LA Rider TV’s Tammi Arender, T.W. Robinson and Guy Labranch filmed the event and there will be a story in a few weeks. Dubois “Frosty the Biker” Daniels of Louisiana Biker Magazine was also there so be watching for their story as well.
