MAY IS MOTORCYCLE SAFETY AND AWARENESS MONTH
Governor Jeff Landry has proclaimed May to be Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Month. As part of this herculean effort, the Motorcycle Awareness Campaign is having its 3rd ANNUAL MOTORCYCLE AWARENESS RIDE! Mark you calendar: Saturday, May 25, 2024.
And somebody is going to ride home with $1,000 IN CASH!
There will be LIVE MUSIC, FREE FOOD, AND FREE DRINKS. And there’s no entry fee! The Ride will be open to everyone – all bikes, all cars, all trucks – and it will be held rain or shine!
The Ride will slightly resemble a Poker Run, but instead of getting a playing card at each of our five stops, riders will all get the same card at the start. They will ride to each stop, get their card punched, then return to home base: Mike Bruno’s Freedom Harley-Davidson. Since nobody will be “dealt a bad hand”, EVERY PARTICIPANT will go into the drawing for prizes, including the Grand Prize: $1,000 IN CASH!
